Site Logo - Recommendations?

My past graphic designer seems to have closed shop so I'm looking for a new solution. Can you guys recommend any decent designers who can design a logo for my company as well as a favicon? I'm looking for something in the $50 range. I'm easy to work with and clear with instructions, but I am known to ask for changes if the logo does not fit my wants/needs.

there are many online photo editor ,need to search only.
