I actually think this whole protest is redonckulous.
Smaller sites such as WJunction, warez sites, etc shouldn't go down because it's just not effective enough since the average citizen does not visit them, but websites like Facebook, twitter, google, reddit, wikipedia should go down because they have the useful traffic needed to fight the bill.
It's not about spreading awareness - the news does that for us.

as far as i could understand,USA people wont be able to open some sites including vpn etc,so it will just effect USA people right?
