Replied. as the quoted message: so every one can see.
When we get a large number of downloads from the same IP and on the same file it won't count and the file will freeze from stats as it will be counted as suspicious file, but after that when we accept the file it'll resume counting again.

Very strange . The system should be able to detect which IP is the same or which IP is different
