Shareflare the problem is I uploaded that file to your service and you should keep that file if it doesn't break any rule and it's legal! If you received a complain you should comfirm that complain is right before delete files.
As you said, in your service, people can send you a FAKE complain and you will delete that file no matter that file is legal or not. Is that right?
