Shared or dedicated hosting Malaysia/Hongkong/Singapore/Panama

Ok guys, I'm currently looking for a new host for one of my pages.

Specifications needed:

Webspace: 75-100MB (Space used by database not included)
Traffic: 50GB/month (upgradeable to 75, 100 and 150GB on the fly)
Mysql: 3 Databases
E-Mail: 5 Accounts
Subdomains: 5 (wildcard subdomains possible)
FTP-Accounts: 1
Apache/PHP-requirements: curl, mod_rewrite, Sockets enabled (fsockopen), load balancing, Apache2, PHP5
Location: Malaysia/Hongkong/Singapore/Panama with nice peering to central Europe
DDOS-Protection: not necessary, but if possible, post an extra price for included protection

Requirements for the host:

• minimum of 8-12 months in business
• nice and friendly support
• don't try to scam me
• uptime of 99,8%/year or 99,98/month

Shared and dedicated are 2 extremes. You're not limited to either. You could go for the middleman (VPS) and that'd cost you quite cheap (considering your requirements here).

Yeah I already thought about a VPS, but for now, the website is at the beginning and I want to switch to a VPS or Dedi when the website becomes too big for normal webspace.
