^ Like I said before mate, not all free user can download your file..you can take a look my file..someone can download thats file, but the other can't. Thats why you not get download yet. And I already ask this situation on their Lounge Forum here http://the-lounge.org/share-online-...ownload-from-share-online/first-new-post.html but still didn't get any respond.

I know this host have good speed on upload and download also this host very stable..but this situation make your stats like stuck. Take a look my stats here

mhm I already checked my stats and look at it I can't see a drop like that:

maybe its about the captcha? few time ago they installed a captcha for free users.

I already submitted ticket but their support said the problem is on my side..like browser setting or something..

Can you please help us to ask this situation to the share-online customer support mate? So they can investigate this problem, I'm sure..not only me got this situation. This is maybe good for share-online future...really apreciated that if you can do it.

bullshit, you have to fill out the captcha box first

I can explain why the stats are slightly drop since a few days. Its all about the captcha.

Now its impossible for free users load thousands and thousands of files in their jDownloader and download it by overnight!

They have to fill out the captcha box for every single file!!!

So, either they buy a premium account or they load for free but have to fill out the captcha every time. And this was the intention to stop this massive downloads overnight.

These times are over now!

I didn't use jDownloader at all. I just used browserS to test. And I entered capcha too. First we have to wait some seconds then it will display capcha. After entered capcha, we have to wait few seconds to validate.
 
yes and then then a start button appears and you can start the download

@weed and now more free user get their slots cause the whole bunch of massive free downloads has stopped.

and the first reason is that the premium users have enough slots and speed cause they paid for it so it cant be that free users come first!

thats my own personal opinion!

yes i know and that's good...

but as example: there are 1'000 free user slots and 1'500 free user wants to download something... what happens? 500 free user didn't get a slot... so now download...
 
yeah they have to wait a few minutes if they're next... they wait inline. Thats the reason why its better to be prime.
The Prime or Premium Members have paid and they should be the first. It belogs to every freeuser what he likes. Waiting ang get it for free or pay some bucks and get it immediately;)

and think if one user buys a prime acc you get paid too ;)
