I have exciting news for Servode users, We are near complete with our new cPanel theme!

A new hosting template is also under-way by our proud community member 1only. Will hopefully have a sneak preview up for you guys soon.

We also have something else very exciting that we will be working on rolling out across the current hosting servers by the end of the month, the new software will allow you too see the exact amount of ram,cpu your site is utilizing on the web server among other various amounts of things,

these implementations will help us provide you with one of the most reliable,stable,secure web hosting services there are on the market today! more details will be released within the following weeks. The last time you spoke to me on Skype you wanted to send me $9 to buy you a cdn,
Skype is not an official support tool for servode, i have you on it as a friend i am not on skype 24x7, how ever the support hub i receive emails 24x7 as well as the other techs. as far as that goes you have not responded to your ticket in Last Reply: 4 Hours 14 Minutes 2 Seconds Ago.

Which i just bumped once again. :)
We do provide 24x7 support, Just not via instant messenger



 
thanx alot. you should have live chat system. you can use siteheart.com. its free.
without live chat. its very difficult to communicate. so, as i am your client and on behalf of other cliends similar me, requesting you to intregate live chat system for Servode

I have already taken that into consideration, The reason we do not have live chat in the moment is being most of all web host use the same or a free system.

We aim to be unique so we are currently having one coded which will be released when 1only is finished with the Servode Version 2 webdesign which will be a very user friendly experience if i do say so my self.

As for now with us still being a small company a ticket system is just as good/concurrent we may not be as large as some companies around how ever we have a lot in store for our current clients and future clientele that we believe everyone will enjoy.
 
My VPS with VPS6 is expiring in the next few days, I've been thinking of whether to keep that or move here. I've hosted with DLow in the past, so in the end, I decided to move. I must say, this is far more stable than what I was using. It was a really quick move, I've been testing everything out for about half an hour now, everything is running great!

Server Update:

Layer1 & Layer2 will be under going ram upgrades this evening, Expect 10-15 Minutes of downtime,

All new accounts have been being setup on Layer3 / Soon Layer4
 
i use this host for more than 10 days.
100% uptime, great ping & website speed.
i use layer4 package for my adult blog with daily 8000 unique visitors.
all works great for me. :)
