I can't find any DMCA on their tos, so they ignore DMCA reports. all other VPS tos show DMCA reports, Is their tos any hiding rules, when you get DMCA reports they cancelled your service.

speed is very slow while upgrading and while running any command from terminal like apt-get update took 30 minute to upgrade while in scopehosts apt-get update took just 2 minutes,,do something
