you just missed your first customer :(

PayPal only facilitates international payments and cannot be used for domestic payments within India. We suggest you find alternative methods to complete the payment. If you believe that the person you attempted to pay is not based in India, please contact PayPal customer support."

Roflmao how is that a 2 year old company has no reviews on public forums like wht,dp,ect.

And why is their shared server running on a vps?

IMO i think that their domain may be 2 years old but they started last night :P

Once again I hate provider who threaten to terminated user accounts for making chargebacks against them. Your client has all the rights to make a chargeback at anytime if they're not happy or you've refused them a refund.

This should be rephrase to please submit a support ticket before opening up any dispute against so we can better assist you.

I recommend you using AlertPay as your default payment then using 2checkout to accept PayPal payments as an India Seller since PayPal doesn't allow peoples to send money to anyone that's in India.

As we stated on Live Chat we were private at start and used manual payment processing and setting up of VPS.
We never used WHMCS and started to use WHMCS for instant setups and also for the reason that we couldn't manage billing
