its my personal experience as it is....

After taking a look at the ticket number you provided we mentioned both here and in the ticket that the node itself was hosted on our network and that the speed cap would be in place as it is on most VPS you would buy anywhere. Unless the VPS itself is hosted on a node which has ESXI or unregulated OS installations then this is the case.

2nd you requested a server with Panel access. Panel access would require again, a more times then none - regulated control panel. Example of these would be SolusVM and Virtpanel which have hard set limits.

3rd Charles provided you with a viable option in a VDS configuration as it shows with full specs on a unregulated node. Again you request panel access which was impossible on our setup at the time as we were still working on our white label control panel and website.

4th you were asking for a unregulated 1Gbps port for a budget which was quite ridiculous, thus was the reason we went ahead and closed the ticket. You were provided with 3 separate alternatives and even a low budget dedicated server option. Anyone that purchases a VPS unmetered server which does no clearly state that the server itself (aka the VPS) is on a 1Gbps port is regulated to either of the three port configurations: 10,100 Mbps.

5th. We have never scammed anyone and I think our track record shows substantially this as the case. We are active premium members of many other forums and provide help to user on this and other forums. The fact that you have 6 post would suggest that you saw this post and decided to call us out even though we provide all the necessary information in both our post and our money back guarantee if a customer is unhappy, which we have honored to almost all customers unless there was an extreme case of abuse.

I can guarantee you that if a large influx of users signed up on 1Gbps port VPS, that speeds would have to be limited. You say that we are below another host correct? So basically you are comparing apples and oranges they are both fruits, but have different consistencies. There are not hidden specs. We are not a unmanaged host like that of which some of the host you have mentioned are. So yes, we do not provide unmanaged pricing. We own and operate our own servers at the Datacenter level. We provide fully semi-managed to managed service and even colocation on our own racks with our own lvl 3 switch configurations.

What more of a argument must you provide when I provided you with the exact config and a internal test link for your worries. Speeds are great and we also offered to bump up your speed via tickets. Charles then moved to offer you both Dedicated and VDS options in multiple locations. It seems to me that you created a account just to discredit the reputation we already have here in providing customers both sponsorships, giveaways, and paid services here on Wjunction and many other forums like WHT. Your arguments would be beneficial if we had not provided fully accurate information and moved to provide you with equally enticing budget offers we had on a semi-managed level. The ticket was then closed once you persisted on asking for something that we were not willing to offer. I am however glad you found a great alternative and wish you the best in all of your future purchases with some of the great hosts Wjunction has to offer.

Doesn't really make sense to me. For only $1.50 more then the 'special' you get double the RAM and 1 Dedicated IP Address more.

What's so special about the 'Unmetered Special'?

Unmetered special is not listed and is a set rate vs. the other specials which come and go. So if we are not offering the VPS 5 special the unmetered special stays. Its sort of like when you know a restaurant has a ongoing special and you get that all the time. But then they offer a limited time offer that's better. That is the difference.
