I had a server and i forgot its password , i bought it from online.net but i put ticket for solve my problem but no one replied , so any one can solve please reply ,, the main thing for recoveing pass i put server on rescue mode but after that it goes down ,, now my site also goes down if any one can help please reply .

You will need to use fdisk to find the mount point, or ask your hosting provider

There is no way to reset your server root password without physical access. If there was a way it will lead to a lot of mess.

I would boot into rescue mode, mount the partition, add my SSH key reboot, then login using the key.

Well that is quite weired that your server provider didnt replied your ticket , they are your server provider they should help you out with resetting just a root password.
