I run a very busy forum on an unmanaged dedicated server. I need someone to help manage/admin the server and help with issues I can't do myself. I'm quite new to servers. This will be a monthly deal.

I know managing servers and i have my own crew for Server Managament, also i am a vBulletin Professional,

But, my crew its a little expensive, it will cost 40 Euro/56 USD.

Have you considered getting a managed VPS or dedicated server? It will much cheaper in most cases.
