Ever heard of fake email scripts ? You need a list of emails and copy all and send.

When ServeDome was hacked, their database might be released. So thats how they got hold of all the client's email IDs and started sending fake emails.

Although we got the picture now about the fake email, it is reported multiple times that the servers are down, so there might some truth.
