Does any1 have problems with this hosting? everytime i try to backup my files with ftp, my sites go down
I finally put together my site the way I like it, wanted to show it to friend of mine, but it doesnt load anymore, first i got error 500, and now i dont get "The connection has timed out"

And I bought server located in NL, but when I go to check where it's hosted it says Singapore
 
I think its a problem with apache server. I already submitted a support ticket 2 hours back. It is still down.

@infernohuman that singapore thing is because there server ip is geo-ip. Thats why it is showing singapore as the location.

Edit: Hmm seems sites are online now :)
 
There was a DDoS attack on one of our servers few hours ago which caused the downtime but we've managed to mitigate the attack. Please open a support ticket if your server is still down.
 
how much site load do you allow on shared hosting????cause i have tried some shared hosting and once there are over 20 30 people accessing the same site or more then 300-400 users a day they cripple under the pressure and suspend the account.....are you the same???

i want to host 3 4 sites(non-warez) do you have an offers for me????if you hav do contact me by pm with your msn id
