Thank you for showing interest in our services.The vps's posted in the other thread and the order system are offshore.We use SolusVM VPS control panel by which you can reboot,start,stop your vps and rebuild the operating system of your vps.
 
i got some problems here, hope this can be solved soon first, I ordered an extra vps that i haven't got, second the new ip sent to me is in the uk, and third my server is marked as suspended D:

Edit: D: for some reason open dns said it was in the uk I checked in other servers and is in the neatherlands xD anyway i have the other questions also...

Don't know why but http://network-tools.com keeps saying it's in the uk and also my server is now down...

Your ticket has been answered with the extra IP Address. I just checked your VPS and the nameserver was stopped thats why your websites were not working. I have restarted it and your site loads perfectly fine now.

The WHOIS info is yet to be updated thats why its showing the location as UK.

These sites should give you the correct location of the server :

http://www.geoiptool.com
http://www.ipligence.com/geolocation

You can also check the RIPE database for more info :

http://www.db.ripe.net/whois
 
Really really thanks, servedome is one of the best webhosting companies out there, if your looking for host then go with servedome, i recommend them ;3 thanks again and cya
