SEO Plugin help with titles

I think i made a mistake.
Since I made my blog I have only used WOO SEO plugin that I got from with the wordpress skin. Now I have installed Yoast SEO plugin package and since that I am having some problems with my post titles.

They appear like this (just an example):
WJunction Forum - Webmaster Hangout - Site NameSite Name
(one too many site name in the title)

And I usually enter titles like this:
WJunction Forum - Webmaster Hangout

And the Site Name is added by wordpress.

I have disabled WOO SEO plugin and I really haven't yet done something with the Yoast package.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Try SEO Ultimate, it's a lot easier... title tags are automatic.
