Urgent!! Rapidleech question MU direct link not working

Hello,
If I added direct MU links to the download list, it won't take it although it's direct link. Is there a way to make it work.

My account has been suspended again for the second straight day. This is turning out to be a nightmare for me. How can I get any work done if this keeps happening? What's the problem now Robert?

Your account has been unsuspended thank you for not using anymore mulit fetchers. If you like to use mulit fetchers in the near future I would recommended you on getting a vps server has I can see you're a very active rapidleech user.

Robert, if your around, please check the CPU load. It's showing 100%. Download, upload, rar/unrar...absolutely nothing is working. Another day, another problem X-(

CPU load is now down to 0% but I cannot download anything from RS & MU. I get this error everytime I try downloading using RS account:

I've receive alerts about this in email about this cause by 3 users are raring up files at the sametime right now server load should return back to normally shortly. In the near future please submit us a support ticket has this isn't a support thread for us it's a sales thread for sales related questions only.
 
What about the solution to the error shown in the screenshot above? Download from RS & MU is not working. HF never worked in the first place. Now all three premium accounts of mine are not usable and I am a sitting duck :(

I already submitted a support ticket but no reply yet.
 
For those waiting for auto MU transload, be prepared to wait a long time.

The auto transload doesn't work well (or at all) with the MU plugin. So contact the developers of Rapidleech and ask them to fix it. Stop bothering the provider .. he will never be able to fix it.
 
Damn! Problems again. Download speeds have hit rock bottom now. CPU load has been 100% for the better part of the day.

As far as the high CPU load it's being caused by you it looks like you had a few process that had got stuck please let your download complete even if it's a slow speed download. I've killed your process that were stuck speeds should be normally now please check again. As I keep telling you please allow us time to respond to your support ticket as we do have other support ticket ahead of you all support tickets are answered in the order they're received once again this is not a support thread it's a sales thread.

Update on Network speeds
As far speeds once again it's looks like this a network issue which we don't have no control of we've requested for them to check out the speed issue that you're facing with your rapidleech account. Network issue are mostly out our hand as this is a vps server we'll try our very best to get the speeds fixed.

Compensate News
If you like I'll be more then happy to pay your first month bill at another rapidleech hosting provider.
 
I am not asking you to pay the bills for another RL provider but a couple of days extension would be a good idea. Afterall, it's not exactly my fault that problems keep coming up which prevents me from using my RL account effectively. Even my ISP extends my subscription when problem arises.

MU download plugin not working. Both single and Auto transload not working with MU.

HF download and upload plugins are still not working correctly. Half the time uploading to HF gives errors ("cannot connect to u4.hotfile.com") or show a blank page and on the rare occasion when it does start uploading, speeds never go above 200-400 kb/s, same as my home broadband connection although not as stable.

Just when you think it can't get any worse, the server goes down and I can no longer access my Rapidleech site. Lovely. Exactly what I needed to round off what has been a perfect week for me. And of course, free account extension is out of question. Who cares about the customer, right?

Robert420: Megaupload download plugin does work for me as a free users. As far it working with premium user you'll need to contact rapidleech.com ask them for a fix or look at kaox post for the fix there might be one there.

HF download and upload plugins are still not working correctly. Robert420: The server is down right now due to we're trying to make the best support effort here to get all issued resolved we're moving the server to a Netherlands location.

Robert420: As far as support ticket it was put on hold due you had given us wrong username or password for your rapidleech account. So I had put your support ticket on on hold until we had a reply back from you of which you did reply back with the correct account details.
 
Come on man, all I am getting are standard cookie cutter responses now. I already explained my situation to you in the support ticket. I already said that you cannot expect the customer to run after some 3rd party (rapidleech.com), seeking help. I paid you for the service and if something goes wrong, you are the first person I will turn to for a solution, not some 3rd party who I have no affiliations with. You are the one selling the service, not rapidleech.com or hotfile.com. Whosoever developed the script is none of my concern since I did not buy an unmanaged VPS from you and install the script on my own.

You already shot down my request for an account extension. Have you realised that one week has already passed with none of the issues being resolved? I am suffering for no fault of mine. A customer can only be confident in sticking with your service once he knows that the money he invested won't go to waste. But since you won't extend my account for all the lost time this entire week, you can hardly blame me for losing my calm because I get the feeling I am being ripped off.

Once again, you closed the support ticket without a reply for the second time despite issues still pending.
