I don't have time to keep managing my warez site. It hurts me to have to sell it, but I don't have a choice.

The site URL is: warezvb.org.

I'm selling the whole site with domain, and hosting if you want (on my friend's dedicated server in France). I will only accept payments via paypal.

I have gotten over 150$ of donations in 3 months.

I've worked hard on this site:
- Designed the forum layout
- Edited the skins a lot
- Coded 4 custom modifications for vBulletin
- Good security and anti-spams
- I've got 3800+ legit members on my own.
- The site usually has about 50 guests online when I don't submit, and about 100 when I submit downloads.

The 4 custom modifications I coded are:
- Dead Link Checker Bot. It scans the first post in every thread and if there's a dead link, it moves it to the selected forum and sends a PM to the user telling him his link his dead (these 2 options can be edited in AdminCP). It supports Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, Netload, File Factory and Easy-Share.
- Icon Link Checker. It's an exclusive modification, and no other warez site has this! It scans the first post of every thread, and if it detects a file hosting link, it will put the file hosting link image next to the thread name (example: if there's a rapidshare link, it will display a little RS icon next to the thread name).
- In-Forum Submitter. This modification submits downloads to about 10 DDL sites (Katz, PhazeDDL, Xenu and more can be added). Best of all, it does all the work for you. It will grab the thread name, url and set the warez type for you - all you need to do is hit submit and sometimes edit the thread name.
- Anti-Spam. I coded my own anti-spam modification, this one supports all bbcodes format. It scans every post if a user has under a x amount of posts (can be set in AdminCP) for keywords or urls in a list (can add keywords/urls in AdminCP).

Note: The Icon Link Checker and Dead Link Checker Bot check a certain amount of threads by vBulletin Scheduled Tasks (you can set how often it does it). The Icon Link Checker will stop running when it reaches the last thread, and will continue working when there's new threads posted. As for the Dead Link Checker Bot, it will start over again once it reaches the last thread. It's simply because the first time the Dead Link Checker Bot scans a link, the link could be alive, and than it could fie afterwards to it will rescan it to make sure.

I know that, and I'm not expecting 9000$ for my site. I just wanted to point out that you can make about 10$ daily with ads.

The general rule for a site price is monthly revenue times 10. So since I got 150$ in 3 months, that's 50$ x 10 which is about 500$.

Like I said offer prices.

Usually members are on in the day (my time). There's 7 users online right now.

So install another theme if you don't like it. I have a 6/5 rating at WarezDDL.net and a 3/5 rating at Katz and your one of the few people who doesn't like the design.

All those modifications are worth more than 40$ first of all.
 
The thing im trying to say that the 150$ in not constant , you can get 200$ in 3 months then go for 5 months only getting 30$. Its only based on vip , no ads or anything.

Since it only has 3K members and maybe 500-600 uniques a day , i would say its worth around 70-100$ .

Saw 2 forum with bigger stats sell for 80$ on DigitalPoint

I've had lots of downtime in past few months (I was down for several days at times - switched hosts so many times). That's why I went on my friend's server a week ago and everything is working fine now. That's why my traffic hasn't been as good...

Yeah I understand man.

We should have about over 4000 members because my old host (about 2 months ago) didn't pay for server costs and everyone's account was terminated without us knowing... so I lost about 500 members right there.

Did those sites have custom modifications coded? I could sell those modifications for a lot you know.

I use to own blitzwarez, it had a 800$ unique skin , 10,000+ uniques a day + over 15K members and 50K post ..

Sold for 650$.. It didnt even pay for the skin and the license.

Anyway , i still bid 70$ .. if the other guy doesnt come trought, just le me know.

The blitzwarez skin is 100% unique , i fking paid to get it coded and designed moron.

he didn't get ripped, it was entirely custom and unique created from scratch.
The only reason someone else may have it now is the fact that rap sold blitz so the new owner could easily sell the skin.
