Mate, you get good traffic but you won't get $200 (I'm not trying to upset you). The maximum I see is $90 because the other person still has to buy hosting.

When I Installed IPB First time So I have Putted A License Key There.
Client Area i dont have. My friend have that. And I have downloaded all premiums mods from there and installed in the site.

So i cant take Client Area From My Friend.

Now I hope this point should be Cleared.

2- u get like 1-2k visits a day
3- nothing custom in the site

Actually Sir,

License Key Already Added in it When We Installed the Board First Time.
And its not mine Personal License.
Second thing I m not a Good in Gfx.
Third thing I m just trying to get Good money bcoz i have did hardwork for this Site as u also know.:'(
if i get gud money so i will sell it whether its 150 usd dollar or 200 above dollar.

1. you say u have a license, but yet the buyer won't be able to get access to it.
So all in all you are technically selling the forum without a license.

2. You don't get much traffic per day so you can't really say you get good traffic.

3. he isn't bashing your graphics capabilities, he's just saying that there's no custom skin to help justify the high price.

There's no way you will get even close to $200 for the forum.
You say you've spent a lot on it, truth is everybody spends a lot on their forum. That's what being a webmaster is all about. You gotta spend alot to survive in this business.

Not trying to come down on you or anything, but you gotta face facts mate.
Anyway good luck on your sale.

let me bid $5 as its what it is worth bassically for the 2k members the site is rubbish to many mods for a warez site

the license can only be used on one forum

Unless you have access to and your domain listed next to the purchase in the client area your site is not licensed.
