i am not reseller but vbulletin team allowing to sale out the second hand vb license. plz check below link for vb second hand license:

so i am selling those licenses as second hand vb license and not as new vb license.

i have two vbulletin and one vbseo Licenses, 1. vbulletin forum 4.x and 3.x & 2. vbulletin Publisher Suite 4.x and 3.x both are life time licenses and will never expire. also i have active vbseo latest version and now days its live. my all licenses are transferable. so i am able as per above linked vb rule here as second hand license.

You'll need to provide a print screen of your license @vbulletin.
