I am selling AllInOneWarez.com, this is because of some personal reasons, and also have to concentrate more on my business.
So here is what I will be giving, the domain will be transferred to you, the full site with 6 themes, and also the database. Here is our current board record:

We have dropped quite abit since we had a site downtime of about 2 weeks, this was because of our server hitting on ddos attack and also i was on vacation for over a month and did not have good internet access.
We are now on a VPS with Scorpio-Hosts and i can also transfer my hosting to you if you are willing to stay on that host. Per month is $30 that is inclusive with the cpanel license.
Monthly income at the moment is:
6 Adspots : $6 each = $36/month
1 Banner Spot: After each post $12/month
1 Banner on redirect page: $5/month
Total per month that i earn out of the site is: 50 on average.
We get around 1500-5000 unique visitors on daily basis, the site has been up since 7 months now. We are now to ask Katz for a re-rate to 4* but since i have been on vacation and the server problems, we have not been able to submit quite alot of downloads to katz therefore abit less traffic and have not asked for a re-rate yet.
We are currently 3* on Katz and also we are on ******** and also other ddl sites.
