Seek advice to build file hosting

Dear all,

I want to build my own file hosting to store and stream my membership education videos so that all files are under my control.
Seek your advice on how to build a site like https://ddownload.com and https://clipwatching.com or any simple and friendly user hosting script.

If it's for you only you can go with own cloud https://owncloud.com/
It's free for community use, you need also a dedicated server with the amount of storage you need, go with 2x drives with RAID 1 for extra security .

In your case you don't need to built own file storage website. People don't trust new websites. Something like coursera will be much better for educational videos and you can get much more customers much faster.

Try OwnCloud or NextCloud. Not quite similar with what you are looking for, but there are many other features that you may find useful.

Thank you guys for the opinion. I'm not good in tech hence I'm looking for a script / platform under my control and link server with s3. This is my plan.
