Other Seedbox for public tracker

i am looking for a seedbox provider that allow public trackers.i am currently using snthostings, i need another provider in case of hd failures, data loss, etc..

Looking for:

20 GB Space / 2TB Bandwidth / Decent Speed / rTorrent|ruTorrent

Oh you dont have to worry about that We can retrieve files!! Also its really rare of HDD Failure...as in past 2 yrs it never took place even once

Do you allow public trackers on your servers?
Yes we now allow downloading from public trackers but uploading is capped at 1KB, there are no upload caps when uploading to private trackers.Upload speed is not restricted on public trackers when using the VPS or dedicated plans.

I do not own that website. I have used them in the past and they are quite good. They dont have any kind of upload caps.
Speeds will depend on quality of torrents.
