It ain't Photoshopped... Sea is near, and if it was like -40°C (which is really possible) the water could freeze while being "transported" by the wind..

This ain't snow, it's ICE. I suggest you to go outside in the winter sometimes instead of sitting the whole day in front of your computer. Or just .. take a look in your freezer...
