STAY AWAY FROM SECUREUPLOAD!!!
I must say, they definitely do pay and on time as I was affiliated with them and paid regularly for about a year. So they're not a scam host by any means, but they are just another shit head running XFileSharingPro that has no clue how to actually operate a business.
They're email never works correctly because they don't know how to configure basic DNS settings that even an entry level helpdesk moron is capable of configuring. I was kind enough to inform them that their email server was fucked up when I noticed all their emails were getting delivered directly to my GMail account's SPAM folder. They fixed the problem once I told them it was a missing Reverse DNS entry on their MX Server, but somehow a few days later they fucked it up again because their emails wound up in my SPAM folder again.
During this time that they managed to re-fuck up their email server they had emailed me as they thought I was someone who I guess pissed them off at one point. I never responded because I very rarely look at my SPAM folder, so they banned my account and continued to hsot my files.
When I noticed that my account was banned I figured it was some troll reporting my links for child porn or something retarded along those lines (obviously I do not upload child porn). I told them to unlock my account or I'll permanently block them from my site. Then for shits and giggles I looked at my SPAM folder, and sure enough I saw the email they had sent a day prior where they were inquiring if I was associated with whoever it was they thought I was associated with. (never really got to the bottom of this either, but honestly the people I associate with never used them once so I know I was a Lone Wolf Affiliate..)
So I responded by informing them that they had in fact re-fucked up their mail server and that I wasn't associated with whoever they thought I was associated with.
A week goes by without any answer from SecureUpload, when suddenly I noticed in my Jdownloader window that my premium SecureUpload account was authenticating again, so obviously they realized that they fucked up and/or were just paranoid about nothing so they unlocked my account.
At this point it was too late, I had already permanently blocked their links on my site, purging all posts made containing SecureUpload and wrote a script to prevent any users from posting their links on my site. So with access to my account regained I was able to purge all of my files I uploaded to them and I wrote them an email telling them to fuck off.

- They cap uploaders storage quota to only 2TB, after that they say you have to get multiple accounts.
- They delete files if they haven't been downloaded in only 30 days.
- They don't know how to use email.
- They don't know how to manage an affiliate based business.
- Most of my files got deleted by trolls submitting false and illegal DMCAs to them.
Moral of the story: STAY AWAY FROM SECUREUPLOAD!!!

Ummm, all file hosts pay a very nominal percentage rage as webmaster affiliate commission, and is no where near the percentage rate that regular uploaders/posters collect.
Websites cost money to operate, and large websites cost even more money to operate. Whatever nominal amount earned as webmaster commission would only be used to offset the cost of running the site.
If you don't like the rules of the site then find a new site or learn how to build your own, its not rocket science...

When I start use them on my site I didn't earn much but now I am very satisfied .
I have at least 3-4 sales per day and my site has average 200 USD sales per day .
They are nice and pay ontime also they always answer emails less than 24H ( you need open ticket , don't replay their email and always answer them on support ticket system) .
You cannot earn money on PPS when you are using mirrors .
You can limit download in settings and limit free users to download files without premium account .
Also you can always ask to extending your space and they don't have limitation .
If you need prove about this host I can show you screen shot .

lol this is not about one user that always pays you.
this is about other users scammed by secureupload and not paying.
good filehosts pays everyone and bad filehosts pays only one or two lol.
