Searching for warez webspace

Hey, I had already before a warez site, but it got abused because of the dawn hoster. Anyway, I wanna start a new warez site.

I need:
*unlimited traffic
*ddos protection would be great
*1-2gb webspace + .com , .org , .sg or .to domain (you decide)
*should be enough space for the mysql backups
*I can only pay with AlertPay
*not more than 10$ per month
