Search system not systematic

I am trying to search something come up with this result:

It should show in descending order. A proper fix will be better.

Well, you are ordering based on relevance which is the default for a quick search. This is probably what you're looking for: https://www.wjunction.com/search/114281/?q=giga-rdp&t=post&o=date&g=1 (as thread, by last post date desc.). You'll need to use advanced search https://www.wjunction.com/search/?type=post.

As of now it is set at "relevance" while should be default to "date"
There is NO point of back 2011/10 post to check.

If recent pop up first, user will get accurate and latest update.

Actually relevance is usually the preferred default. What's the point of newest results if they have little to do with the search query? I do see your point but that's exactly what advanced search and this is for:
