Google Search Console Statistics Report Now Shows Application Install Button Data

Google released a brand new report for individuals who verified their applications using the Search Console.

Google introduced on the internet via Google’s Website owner Trends Analyst Zineb Ait Bahajji today a brand new feature for application designers inside the Search Console. You can now see within the Search Statistics report a brand new report for “search appearance” that teaches you application install button clicks.


Google will sometimes show mobile customers an application install button within the search engine results. Now, Google will highlight the number of individuals are hitting that button and allow you to segment the information by keyword, country along with other filters. The report doesn’t really demonstrate who completed the download of the application, but instead just individuals who clicked on around the install button within the search engine results.

Again, you must have your application verified within the Search Console to determine this data.


Google stated this change could raise the final amount of clicks and impressions the thing is within the Search Console Statistics report.
