• 500-1000 GB HDD Storage
• Windows Server 2008 or 2012 r2
• 10 Gbps network unlimited

May I ask what bandwidth does it include? Having 1TB space and a 10Gbps connection can lead to abusing the premium bandwidth - unless of course it comes with real unlimited unmonitored bandwidth.

Many will feel happy just seeing Unlimited BW offer. As a Provider, i know user's nature but for real users, a Dedicated is preferred.

OP is just another user who probably not an abuser but someone likes to get high config but does not actually need such config.

Like many wants 100TB BW but barely using 5TB. Example.

I also believe you will agree with me.
