I think the hard drive, etc is being sent by boat from China...what if this happens again. I have an account with these guys, and its been well over a day since this happened. I can build three servers in this time, with hardware and software!
 
This is more serious than we thought.

Both of our drives are inaccessible at boot :arghh::arghh:

This is pretty much the most unluckiest scenario that could have happened.


Will update here when the technician has finished diagnostic work
 
how long will this take my website is know offline for 2 days. !!!!

you host your mainpage and my website on the same server , may i ask how many servers you have ??

Hussie we have 5 servers in Sweden but we chose to put our site on the cPanel server
 
You know that i liked your hosting, i was verry happy with it.
It had great speed and great support but this downtime it f*cks everthing.
I started with a new forum and i dont have a backup and know everthing is lost ??

Hussie if we cannot recover the data we already have a company ready to recieve the drives who are data recovery experts, not cheap but something we have to do
 
Bunch of crooks. These guys ought to be banned from here. Who are they trying to kid about it taking so long to fix their server. These are the sort of guys who should be sent to jail for a very long time, for ripping is of

We're not scammers.

Because we are not in the same country as the server, we are very limited to what we can do.

There have been serious problems with the server, we had two drives in them and both failed.

We have two brand new drives and the data recovery has taken longer than expected, however, we would like to promise that the server will be online today, before 6PM GMT.

Apologies for everything we have caused.

NEW ESTIMATE TIME: 7:30 PM SITES WILL BE ONLINE AND WORKING

Emails to be sent to customers asap (full apology / explination) and also with refund details and next month free if wanted.
 
You guy's really need to cool yourselves down, stop putting a lot of burden on the guy's, just give it sometime and they'll be up.....you ought to be happy there not running away with your money and are LEGIT
