Im in morocco i don't have this shiti survey also there is javascript to remove the cpalead :D
but realy i like it , very usefull if you don't have bucks to buy script,template this is the paradise

If you have AdBlock Pro it may automatically remove the CPA. I got banned from ScriptMafia for some unknown reason

where are you from MRT ? because USA,EUROPE,SOME contry in asia got it when i try to enter to scriptmafia with my dedicated server US i got it but with my perssonal ip no :D because of cpalead don't have advertissers in morocco
