Script for Auto Download .torrent file and FTP it to a server

Hi,


I don't have knowledge in web programing.
I need someone's help to do write a script that'll do following:


- Download "JUST the .torrent file" (not the whole torrent) from kat.cr rss feed every 30 seconds
Eg: http://kat.cr/usearch/HEVC category:tv lang_id:2 verified:1/?rss=1


- FTP it to a specified folder in a Dedicated server I own


Is this a complicate thing to achieve?
