any one got hold of this guy and found out what's up this time???

what's his email again, the main site is down again so support tickets are out?

are worldstream crap or something? do they give their customers any SLA at all? i mean the main site is down again so it can't just be a single server issue? any server monitoring etc??

i would dump worldstream if they are not helping. If you have a level 5 SLA with them then you need to demand a refund for this month too i guess.
 
Yeah, some downtimes in last time and some times slow speed, but mostly really fast speed (upload and download) and rar/unrar works really good.I will buy a further Month ;)
 
And what is your site please?
We have got no such complaints from any. If you have that problem, report to us using a support ticket or an email so that we can solve it.
