scopehosts no support ?

the vps has be susped and no reply from support
i need the file in the vps

Scopehosts are very slow with their support and don't bother adding them on yahoo or msn they still don't reply atall.

yeah, and scopehost do not have any panel to reinstall your server. The support is slow too.

From what I heard they are going downhill and the company is almost dead. Make sure you have the backups if you are still with them.
