Okay, here goes.
I've read many good reviews in this thread and so I'm interested to buy an unmanaged windows VPS with the conviction that I will get a refund if the service is not as advertised; and here I am now... an unsatisfied customer.

SarKarRaj, you didn't mention anywhere in this topic about ScopeHosts doesn't have a refund policy for unmanaged VPS, but you did mention indirectly that it's possible to get a refund, check this out.
Which means we can get a refund, especially if the service is not like it was advertised, if encoding is not the case that is.
I request to get a refund, it's my right as a customer and it's your obligation as a provider.

* Refund Only applies when there is an issue with hardware nodes .
* Your Image clearly shows you are transfering 15+ files at time . two are already openly available . adding both will get 500Kbps . That does meant to say its slow.
* There are 7 VPS clients on who are using the service non of them complaining regarding speeds.

Read the sentence clearly . I have stated "If encoding found their service will be suspend and no refund will be issued if they apply for . "

Mate, the maximum number of parallel transfer on FileZilla is 10; lets just say I'm transfering 10 files at a time, means 300 KB/s multiplied with 10 = 3 MB/s, so then where's the 7 MB/s ?
I can give you the the rdp password if you want to check it by yourself.
That's good for them and I hope they're satisfied to the end of their subscription, but unfortunately I'm not any of them and I can't pretend that I'm satisfied with the service.

I have tried many from different providers, but this is the best so far. My VPS is located in Germany, although speed is not fasted but well accepted. Hardware is so well. My rating is 8.5/10 + plus 1 for online support (YM)

Smexy they actually dont refund vps orders so you are stuck with them for 1 month...
I got the same 5 days delay as you...
Anywayz the speeds seems to be normal now, Im getting good speeds but earlier I had a problem with it, I don't know why, maybe its the hacking incident or somethin...

Hello scopehost if you ever read this message. I would just like you to know that I am not gonna go for your service anymore as it has delayed me 5 Days. I would like to have a refund and please discontinue my order as I will not accept it even if it gets up.
