My site was suspended for late payment . After payment i created a ticket and got a reply that they have unsuspended my account but its been almost 7-8 days and its suspended .
 
why support ticket always no reply?my website is down like 3 day, and my dedi also down and im weird why always getting error after creating new database?dont say im doing wrong, im doing same way like other but no problem on my dedi

We Were replying to our clients in our website . We had stopped providing support on webmaster forums for 3months . As per our main management decision.

After seeing so much of negativity about scopehosts I decided to join in and correct you guys. Just to let you guys know that SarkarRaj is correct about the client support. I have someone from their team members on MSN as well.
We have a VPS with them for over 6 months and now also a shared account and we never faced any issues related when it comes down to support. There was an issue when our website was slow due to unknown reason but they moved us to a different location and we have been happy since then. I give them 5 stars.

lol.. I like ur reply :P hehe yeah they are good i can say but at a point they go to the extreme of not replying your tickets at a long time. Altough the issue is sorted the ticket still gets un answered since u get a reply via MSN.. SarKarRaj is a good friend of mine and really nice person.. Got to learn alot from him..

Dont know about him but a few months back we had a VPS with them. Support ticket times were sluggish as usual but they got it done. But they got a good Live Support system. I remember Matt used to be there all time :))
