Hello Guys i have bought the Host at Christmas and when ever i upload any site or vbulletin they suspend my site and gave reason overload and i upload vbulletin again 4 months ago now 1 month ago they changed my pass and now u can see the proof of their Service.

i use to have a host a few months ago i forgot who it was with now and my forum kept going off so i finally started a new forum on a vps as more reliable and no hassle

just relised how many days they not replyed back wow
 
If you have an issue - move away. Posting here will make people aware yes but it will not help your situation.

We had some issues with the billing and support software , there were some errors which has been resolved now .

Without the permission of the client we do not change any pass.

You can get updated reply`s at the support system now rapidly. As all the issues of the billing and support system as been resolved ,

We will be adding 45days of credit to your yearly subscription as compensation .

Sorry for butting in like this, but please learn english. "they are not bad support provide" makes absolutely no sense, and detracts from your original statements by making you look retarded.

Anyway, on topic, there isn't much you can do. Just cut your losses and switch hosts.

Hi , i am using shared hosting from scopehosts for some personal project from 3 months , i had opened a ticket 1month back when i didnt get response for 24hours , i mailed them got response immediately and the help which i asked was solved immediately
