If this is his MSN, then I can confirm that he is a Scammer.
He was trying to scam us as well...

He said, that I should refund him or he will dispute.
So I asked him the transaction ID and some more info, He said he forgot the Transaction ID and I should just send 25$ directly to his paypal or he will dispute. So I asked him to go ahead and dispute, but we didnt receive any dispute and more ever if he didn't have the transaction ID , how will he dispute xD

Here what goes:
He asks for msn in my website.
Then he gets my msn from here. His new id is this: http://www.wjunction.com/member.php?u=21775

Asking why was he banned now.
I could post chatlogs where latestmoviez admintted that he is DvdRipper

He told me that he is themude, NileshRanjan, funzspot.
And he is the brother of pcmasterz and he got banned always due to pc's scams.

Thinking that he is lying once again. :| Maybe he would be saying truth this time

yes i am pcmasterz bro and but i am not nileshranjan .i am the mude,i am funspotz always i am banned for my bro scam.i am uploader on many forum does not earn much but he is a scammer and earns a lot.i never scammed

any proof that you are not a scammer i heared many times pcmasterz is a scammer and you are top at the scammers list in my mind.

Well I'm glad we got that cleared up.

So what I translated from your poor English is:

I left my PC on by accident and my little brother (12 years old) came into my room, access my warez forums with my account (not sure how he knows the passwords?!? He must be a super computre hacker) and then started making threads, waited for a few hours for people to reply and someone to trick then managed to use my paypal address (not sure why he used mine??) then I came back 5 days later to my PC and noticed all this tom foolery.
