3. NOtice that in his messages he will keep calling your ''bro'' , ''brother''
4. He will ask you to become his partner etc or to make him moderator on your forums

5. HE WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY !!

Apparently he can do : SEO , COding , Designing , PRO Webmaster , Sell VPS/RDP , Web Hosting , Support representative on Hosting Services , And what not...........

So what can be concluded is : He is sending PM's to owner of good sites (with good organic traffic) for there MSN and then Asking to be a Mod on it.
