Scammed on eBay.com

Hello dear Members.

2 months ago I paid fron an item on eBay.com a blackberry!

The seller sent the item to from USA to my coutry (Colombia), then the customs of my country received the item, took the blackberry out of the box, then closed again, put tape and sent it back to the seller (USA).

I contacted PayPal and seems to be nothing they can do, because I let pass more than 45 days since I made the payment :s

I never opened a dispute because the seller always told me to wait, that it was normal because it was a international shipment, anyway I never received anything.

I emailed eBay, contacted, and to be honest nothing happens, no money back, no new blackberry has been shipped.

I left a negative feedback for the seller, actually it was not too bad, I asked them to refound my money or reship the same item again to a forwarder I have in Miami.

They refused to move on until the negative feedback gets removed, but it can't be removed, there's no way, because they have to request it to eBay, not me, and they will not do that.

they ignore me almost all the times, and nothing goes on!
No money back, no phone! :(

Help me please guys, what can I do to get my money back?

dude there is a fee u pay when sending it like feedex sort of gurantee that they must refund you if u received your stuff broken or you dont receive it!you will get your money contact ebay and contact the company you paid to send u the item!

Hey mate how many days did you wait until you got your money back?

I called USPS.com and talked to them, they said the seller had to call in order to help me, I know the seller won't make any move.
 
dont u think you have been scammed by buyer itself because stuff wont take that long man to reach first items are sent quickly i dont live in europe and i receive my processor in 2 weeks so may be buyer tried to scam you!

I had a usps tracking code but it never updated, :s
never showes Colombia anywhere, well anyway the seller received the money, I paid almost 300 usd for the item, but nothing received.

I'm trying to claim directly to PayPal but I think I can't because it happened more than 45 days!
 
paypal or ebay doesnt do anything if you don't claim after 45 days since payment has done. :(

The seller always ketp me waiting, after 45 days passed they don't care anymore.
is gonna be hard to get my money back!
 
weps dude try to talk to paypal also call there customer care explain them what happened to you!its your money its bad to do this to someone i hate scammers:D try your best man!im sure u worked hard to get those money even if u didnt its yours!
 
Tell them the negative feedback will be removed once you receive the item. (You can contact eBay to remove the negative feedback you left for him or her).

And on top of that, if you paid with a creditcard through PayPal you can still get your money back. Even when 90 days are passed by.
 
Doubt that blowing off on the forums will do any good when dealing with someone that threatens you. You should NEVER pay any attention to "Wait" requests - Always open a dispute, even if it's on day 45.

On the face of it - You're screwed through their normal system.

The only chance you really have is to forward the "Threat" about you removing your feedback on to eBay. They may just consider action against the seller & that might give you something to put to PayPal (If eBay don't do it for you). :(
