Stop this propaganda ... you scammed me and now new_boy and I've heard more unpleasant things about Drhuvahost ....

You are proud to lead Dhruvahost? There is a family problem and your whole business falls apart ....

New_boy, if you don't get a refund in three days just open a dispute. It's your right. And remember, don't close it before you have the results you want.

BTW Rahul I offered you a plan for compensation. I am not really surprised you haven't responded to that ....
 
I am done with the pending requests till now. There is a paypal dispute open. That will be resolved by paypal only, as it is in our tos. If paypal decides in your favour, we have funds to finanace it. If you lose, I am sorry.
Anyone else?? Any issues??

Sorry, but that's rude and impolite..
He seems to be refunding the money but like he said he has some PayPal issues. People can decide to create a dispute or wait for him to solve the issue(s) with PayPal. My suggestion is to get in contact with PayPal by phone, they can tell you what's going on up to a certain level.

I know this is probably the only way to get your money because PayPal doesn't do anything for you. But c'mon, deep in your heart you know it's just a waste of time.

We had a difficult time. But Dhruva Hosting is not a scam. We refund if we cant provide you service for some unavaidable reason.

I have already filed a Dispute as you havent replied my last email for 2 days..

Your VPS was virus cave & It`s took 2 days to clean me...
But I havnt complained about it..

Your refund request has been declined

You have said that you`ll refund 100% =30$ & now you are telling me that I`m only eligible for 20$ refund....??

WTF man ??
I`m still ready If you wanna solve it in 25$.

The dispute was filed before this thread was here in WJ.
& one more thing...

Do you still believe that PP is in your favor ??

Well actually, I never really expected to get my money back from any of the scammers (Shubhank, Kshubham, RahulDas., Sniper) but if I can anything to prevent more people scammed by them that's fine.

But even after warnings against RahulDas and Sniper, people still ordered from them. But as SL said, that is simply their decision.

But if I can keep RahulDas and Sniper on a safe distance from WJ, then it's not a complete waste of time.

I officially call Rahul Das a Scammer..
He have refused to pay me...

He agreed to pay me but in 2 conditions

1. Close PayPal dispute
2. Get this thread closed.

I have agreed to close the dispute first but as his habit to reply late he didnt replied fast & I have changed my mind...

i have escalated this claim to PayPal to decide the final come out...
Waiting for them to take a action..

An Advice for current/future Dhruvahosting / Rahul Das / Shubham`s customer :

Google them before purchasing form them

Everyone know he is a scammer & he proved me fail by doing this fraud that It was my wrong decision to deal with them...
