imageshack is a good option, they are very stable and dont ban sites anymore

The problem with Lulzimg, imgcafe, imgur and all these sites is that they are owned by individuals and their stability and future can be in doubt.

But sites like imageshack, tinypic etc are more of what you can call companies( not exactly companies). These sites are comparatively very stable.
