no it didnt. i did an upload only and still md5 blocked. added prefix still md5 blocked.
not tested renaming the file, why? because further testing wouldnt allow me:

ok the archiving in parts ae working now.

1. obviously md5 will change every re-rars. the problem is CRC will be different therefore NON-COMPATIBLE with the old archives hence a disadvantage for downloaders with slow connection and/or non-premiums if they were caught with DMCA coz they will have to download from the start with the new links/archive.
you may wanna take a look at BanBuster, it can change the md5 without rename and without re-rar, always compatible with the same archives.
also ive been using a site

2. Delete after upload = delete the RAR files that you just uploaded. The files you downloaded or extracted will always be deleted by default. Only the file you upload will remain if this option is unchecked.

I'm having the rar part issue as well... Since this is one of the features i'm in great need i would like that fix delivered to me as well.
Business Tip: Patch notification/delivery should be done to every customer. Not only to the ones complaining...

We have a 7 day full refund policy on sBorg hosting. As for licenses, i havent talked to v3g3t4 about it.
The update notification wasn't turned on as we are fixing some minor issues. Planned to release the update after all the problems are fixed (sorry about that).
Anyway, there is a update on sBorg.
We here at sBorg have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is, we plan to add more file-hosts to upload from sBorg. This means you can now upload to your favorite file host from next version of sBorg.
The bad news is we are asking for $5 for every upload host suggestion. You are more then welcome to suggest more then one filehosts. After you reply to this email with your suggestion, we will confirm, then you can donate $5 to our new PayPal email.
The next version will also contain a fix for Transmission intregration, and possibly a free bug-fixer that will update your sBorg to the lastest bug-fixed version, free of cost. Note that upgrading to a newer version will still cost you one license.
For clearification, upgrade is from 3.0 to 3.5 or 2.5 to 3.5 and so on. Update is from 3.000 to 3.002 or similar.
Those of you who are hosted on sBorg servers, make sure you have paid your bill on time. We will send a reminder about 7~10 days before your sBorg hosting account will be suspened, so make sure you check your email on time.

and automatic prefix doesnt work right now.
too many bugs for a full price w/c i can also get from RL hosted on my server.
i chose this coz RL really doesnt appeal me that much.
maybe ill just go back to File-Remoter w/c your only advantage right now is the MTN and file editing but other than that it pawns your app imho.

Is the error occuring on your server or our sBorg dedi? If its your server, make sure your IP isn't banned. If its our server, PM me your sborg username/passoword and url so i can login and check.
Are you sure hotfile didn't ban your IP?

This is a turning point in sBorg's development. From this version onwards, every sBorg version will be provided with a free-updater that will update your sBorg to the latest bug-free version free of cost! This means no more paying for bug-fixes. This will allow the sBorg developers can release bug fixes (if required) really quickly!
But that's not all this sBorg release has to offer. This version also offers 3 new uploading hosts. First off is by popular request, Filesonic!!! Yes, you read it right! We have received a lot of requests from you asking for Filesonic to our uploading filehost list. Not only Filesonic, but we have also added Uploading.to and x7.to to the list as well. I have spend over 20 hours coding and checking them, and i can assure you that they both work flawlessly.
This version also has a working torrent leecher. All you need to do is install Transmission on your server (the instructions are provided in the manual) and you can start leeching torrents and uploading them to filehosts. You can also ask us to install transmission for you for a small fee of $10. If you face difficulties in download torrents, rename the .torrent file to something simple without special characters.
We have also made sBorg more adaptive. This means it will support more servers now and it will be able to run smoother on almost any machine. This also means that integration with Transmission torrent client on a linux server is improved and that installing Transmission is easier now.
Also, we have received complaints regarding the sBorg installer. The complain is that it takes them to the first_run.php page even after they install sBorg. This is not a sBorg bug, but more of a Firefox bug. Firefox caches the index page and it keeps redirecting you to first_run.php. You can avoid this by deleting Firefox cache and closing the browser. If problem persists, contact Firefox for a appropriate solution.
We have adapted our new installer to work around this problem, but then again, the success rate of adapting to a browser was never very high, so we are not sure how the browser will behave under this circumstances. Please do not install again if you have installed it already. If you are redirected to Setup page, it means sBorg installed successfully. Remember that every time you enter your details on pages that state it will use up your license, it "will" use up 1 license. We will not be responsible for reimbursing you the licenses. Please read the content of the page before entering your details.
