sBorg Progress Bar & Unzip Problems

I have my own dedicated server with sBorg 4.0 installed on it but i am having a few problems with it.

When i try to download an album, it downoads but then it says could not extract, i aint sure if this is because of the rar or the zip but what methods can i use to sort this problem, which files are needed to be chmodded basically.

Also, the progress bar of when i am downloading is not moving, only when it comes to Rapidshare uploading it will show.
