If you don't intend to upgrade the script(like v3.2 to v3.5 or so) then it's for a lifetime :|. To upgrade the script, a license is needed.

Also, sBorg doesn't move files to folders inside your fileserve account. Gosh it just uploads! And it uses php upload.

Edit: I don't really get what you mean by $15 licenses! I hope you're interested in buying 5 licenses, that cost $15. Which will allow you to install the script on different servers. I have replied according to that!

Sorry for the confusion. What I meant is that I had downloaded many movies, tv-showz,etc inside a download folder. So, it's pain in the ass unraring each of them and then upload it manually to FileServe.

Can sBorg do that job?

What I mean by $15 License is the 5 licenses.
 
Yes, sborg can do that. In the setup page, there is a option to enter a user folder. You enter the location of your movies folder there (like c:\mydocs\movies\ on windows) and save. Then under "upload only" option, u'll find all the movies and you can upload any one you like from the list (or all of them one by one). You can even save a template of how u want the movies to be uploaded, and upload them to 10 different hosts at the same time!

I still don't get this. Does that mean, if I want to upgrade to new version I have to pay for a new version?
Let say I buy sborg v3.2 today. which cost $10USD
Then, on the middle of the month after I had paid, another sborg version is released. So, I had to paid another $10USD again.

And that's mean I have two licenses? correct me if I'm wrong.

^^ $10 is for one license. So you'll be able to install the script on one server, and that will consume your only license. But you need a license while upgrading to a new version.

License = Not a permit to run the script, they're like tickets in this case. If you have licenses, you can upgrade anytime you want, else you will have to buy licenses and then upgrade!

Sorry for many questions.. lol.. and hopefully this will be the last question.

(1) So, currently sborg versions is 3.2. If I buy it now (1 license $10USD) and used the license, can I upgrade it to new version of sborg (eg. 3.5, 4.0 ,etc) in the future without spending another $10 USD?
 
If you have any intentions of upgrading or ever running the script on a diff server. I suggest spending at least $15 and getting 5

Meh, That 1 license would be used up when installing sBorg!

You'll have to buy another license in case you wish to upgrade after that.

No you can't add new functions to the script, You can however tell us what those new functions are. So that they can be added if possible!

After extensive bugging from vegeta, Duckload was added as a last minute thing on sBorg v3.5.

Moreover, we want to provide our users with the chance to earn the Duckload big price! :D

We have changed a few things on the index page, pretty minute changes.

Remove useless files has been added to the archive, so that it becomes easier for you to exclude(delete) files. The Post Title is a new field, and is actually the log file's name. The log's filename is taken via links if nothing is entered in Post Title field.

A new page added to sBorg is the Forum Template maker + editor:

The basic fields are forum url, username, password and forum type(vBulletin 3, vBulletin 4, IP Board 3, PHPBB 3). Next set of fields belong to forum ids. If you are not sure regarding this bit, login normally to your forum, goto the new thread/topic link and get the forum id for that respective category.These forum templates are stored in a separate directory, so it's now possible for you to share your forum templates with your friends instead of making them yourself!

We have also added edit and delete options to manage the templates efficiently.

When Add custom fields and Auto Post to forum are selected via Advanced Options, The following options are added in the top right section:

You can add custom description for all your posts, select the specific forum(in case if you have 10-20 forum templates added) and post in the specific section.The logs have been updated as well, There includes MP4 post generator and delete function as already mentioned in the Coming Soon post.

There is now an advanced installer, which makes sure you get the best performance for your sBorg.

Setup page has been altered a bit. The buffer-size options are increased and progress bar rate option is added.

Because of recent promotions by Duckload.com, It has been added as an upload host in this version of sBorg. You can now upload more, and earn more!

Please note that we have changed our wording from "licenses" to "install tickets" to avoid confusions.

sBorg works on per install basis. You install it once, your install ticket is deducted, however you can use the installed version as long as you like.
 
How difficult is it to install on windows server 2008? I have managed(barely) to install phpuploader in the past using xampp or wampp, i can't remember. Is it something similar to this?
 
^^ We have a XAMPP version that includes the script already. So that shouldn't be a trouble while installing ;)

And yes it's similar to that.
