can anyone recommend me a decent VPS provider that can host sBorg..

-Netherlands
-2xCpu
-1gb ram
-1gbit/unmetered
-50 gb of storage


or can anyone recommend me a better specs? (w/ and w/o the use of transmission. able to work with minimum of 5 tabs. could rar/unrar files size of 5gb with decent speed.

You should really check different providers that suit your needs. You would need a ultra-scaleable VPS though.

raring 5 5gb files will eat up the cpu, just do it on your home pc and you will see
I dont think if you can find something below 50$ for such spec. You can think of budget dedicated server too.
