... Are doing my head in at the moment..
I've got an account with them, which i want deleting due to me having hosting elsewhere. I changed my DNS to the new one over a day ago.
**But it keeps switching to the old host, i've had this before with a Dutch host, is there anyway to sort this or just hope Santrex delete my account?
I've sent in 2 support tickets demanding them to delete my account but nothing so far. :mad:
** FTP, cPanel etc.. keeps switching to either one, i know this because i've deleted all my files from one already and some show from time to time then don't.
Edit: what a shitty reply from them just now.

Thank you for contacting Santrex regarding cancelling your account.
For your account to be cancelled, simply do not pay the invoice you receive prior to the end of the current billing period. Your account will automatically be cancelled without any further action required from yourself.
If you have a PayPal billing subscription to our service, you will need to cancel that within your PayPal account to prevent continued automatic invoice payments.
