When I had the china reseller, I agree they were slow. But they tried their best as a webhost to fix it. Tbh I also think their liers. The servers which you buy ''VPS'', ''Dedi'' etc are good, since they get them from kumsufi or something like that. When you ask them why is it down, they say ''we shall email our china dc and contact you when we have resolved the downtime'' - what a load of bull. I would suggest people to NOT get there shared/resellers, the only thing good at their webhost is vps/dedi servers which they get from kimsufi.
 
I had 6 vps with santrex quite a while ago germany and nl

I said to them why has it been down all weekend and they still did not reply so i said wtf and they suspended the lot without files

Santrex speeds are crap for there vps i would say they fit 20 on each node.

I would not place your money in such a company like santrex maybe a lot of people i would say 100s would comment about santrex being crap (*1 word)= Santrex is crap

you don't have to be smart to think about that just don't use santrex

I would like to see proof,

Customer Numbers, Emails, your issue and what they did/didn't do to help you.

What package are you on, how long were you with them and have you even contacted their support? As you have a habit of making posts about things not working when you haven't even contacted them.
 
It appears he is posting bad reviews everywhere.

But this thread was made much earlier. So it would go santrex and now wrzhost, not the reverse ;)

thats not true !

Ive been with santrex vps for more than 1 year. I purchased vps from all locations, and never had 50% uptime.
The only serious problem i had, was when LXADMIN and HYPERVM had a big bug and they patched the software themeselvs in only 5 days while other vps providers had to wait from 2 to 3 weeks period to get a patch from a 3rd party company or from developers !

Santrex shared hosting and reseller accounts, are totally crap. They deserve to shoot them for such a bad service, but you cant complaint for VPS and Dedicated servers or Seedboxes cause they are the best they have to offer. No other host will provide you with 10gb space and unmetered bandwidth in a high end server for only 10$ month.

You can rape santrex bandwidth in vps, I personally use between 2 and 5 tb a month for rapidleech and never had problems with them. They never complaint about the bandwidth usage and they never downgrade my 100mpbs unmetered connection to a 10mbps like other providers do.

At first i thought that santrex was a crap, but only because my first experience was with a shared netherland account, but as I changed to a vps, my opinion about santrex changed !

Moreover, i can say that A well-Known memeber of this forum, has a santrex France DEDICATED SERVER (Core i7 920 with 12gb ram and 4x 1.5tb disks) and he gave me access to use rapidleech with unmetered bandwidth, and douring 3 months i never had downtime, not even 1 sec.

i Only have to say that if you dont know how to install the software on a vps, or how to manage security, dont complaint and say that vps sucks, because things are not like that !
 
Its a crap of provider , cheeters !!!! Away from him !!!! i have bad opinion with this hosting company , i dont have time to explain why .... but i only can say bullshit!!!!

PS: Im still waiting refund 7 days !!!!! X-(
 
Agreed.Its crap.
Once bought a vps from them, couldn't have ever dreamed of a worst service. Also didn't claim the refund, cause i already knew they wont do it.
In short,don't waste your money / time with them.
 
Damn...why didn't I read this thread before i was scammed by them.
Ladies and Gentlemen....I'm the new victim of Santrex.net

I paid for their standard shared hosting plan...and within 3-4 days they suspended my account. when i asked the reason...they forced me to buy their VPS...when i told them that I don't have enough money to buy VPS...and asked them to activate my account or refund me
...they neither activate the account nor they refunded me.
 
I will tell u my case. I have bought a VPS from them in Dec 2009 & it had no problem till now but from last two days the VPS is down. Just down :(

no again.
 
Hmm I always thought Santrex was hiring professional people to manage things. Since they are in business for a long time now. They make lots and lots of money, so I would expect they did put some of it back into the company.. But that's clearly not the case when reading this topic.
