Like I said guys, you need to get in touch with who you signed up through, like Paypal, Moneybookers, etc, and open a complaint against these crooks. They need to be stopped from ripping off others. This is our hard earned money we are talking about. Regardless of how much it might be. This forum and others should ban Santrex posting
This is the problem with purchasing cheap shared hosting as most of these "Hosting Companies" are run by morons with no experience in server management and customer support.
I am using them for 1 year and 3 month, no issues other than the same unexpected downtimes that any company in the world will get. I have received nothing bad from them, they are very polite and they are well experienced they never turned me or my staff down when we bought our products from them at the moment we have 17 VPS and we are very happy with them!

Hey Larino, stop writing like you are a moron. There are many of us who have had very bad experiences with these amature web hosters, Santrex, I for one have been ripped off by them. I bought a package on their China server, only to find they cannot even setup a simple reseller package. Nor do they have a clue about name servers or dns, or much else. This is first hand and not what someone has told me, or that I have read on some forum. So, please quit acting the smart arse when referring to these idiots, unless of course you are one of them!
When I was santrex there servers were superb. (I don't give a cow's sh*t whether you will be believe me or not). The only bad thing about there services is the support, they should assign 1 ticket to 1 staff member. I had like 5+ staff reply to 1 ticket of mine. The only downtime I had was when someone ddos'd a site on my server. Nothing else. Good bye.
Good luck to you iMack, but the fact remains that their overall service, including their servers, are third rate. they are well overloaded, and slow most of the time. As for their China servers, they are sh*t! You say 5+ staff replied to your ticket. Did you actually see them? It could be a one man show, using many names! In this age of the internet, any company can be giving a load of bull about their company and staff.
Now France shared server is a bit overloaded too.
Their cpu usage is 1.5-25% Thats i think is too high.. Also loading speed decreased a lot by those few days.. Especially people from Holland experiences very long loading time. It is not good, i'm losing many visitors now.
