Sandboxed website

Hello, a few months ago some users told me that my website is probably sandboxed. They told me that I should keep posting and dont buy new backlinks. I'm still doing it but nothing change...still I getting from google only a few visits a day and it's not increasing and with website which has PR1 is bad. Before that I've a pretty good traffic from google. Now my second website getting more visits from google :'(. And my website's older then 1,5 year.

Do anyone know what I should do? Or can someone fix my website? If yes write me a PM and we can discuss it.

i am sure you are in blacklist so i suggest you plz overview on your content and dont be try black seo anything you do cheating with your website to make visitors you must keep in mind that google is our father in the field of online system.
